Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Requirements: * Prior experience as Maintenance Manager in shopping centers, buildings, hospitals or similar facilities. * Experience supervising technical staff. * Operational profile, focused on work tracking and incident resolution. * General knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning and equipment maintenance. * Leadership, organization and decision-making skills. * Schedule flexibility. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise maintenance technical staff. * Assign and monitor daily tasks. * Verify proper operation of facilities. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Respond to and follow up on failures and emergencies. * Supervise and coordinate external vendor and contractor work. * Basic control of tools and materials. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain the shopping center in good condition.
