Your Mission Will Be Clear: * Lead Talent Acquisition: You will be solely responsible for recruiting our operational staff (SEGEEKS Guards), implementing effective strategies across digital media and field operations to fulfill our new contracts. * Build a Solid Foundation: You will master personnel administration—from drafting contracts and assembling flawless employee files to agilely managing IMSS registrations and terminations. * Be the Pillar of Order: You will ensure our internal processes run flawlessly—preparing payroll drafts and guaranteeing compliance and discipline within an expanding company. To Conquer This Challenge, You Need: * Proven experience (2 years) as an HR Generalist, with emphasis on operational staff recruitment. * Mastery of the Rules: You know the Federal Labor Law and IMSS procedures inside and out. * Owner’s Mindset: You are proactive, ultra-organized, and do not wait to be told what to do—you take initiative.
