**Vacancy: Technical Support** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Technical Support** professional responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance to computer equipment, printer repair, and point-of-sale (POS) system support. The selected candidate will be a key member of the IT department, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of systems and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Repair and configure printers. * Support POS terminals and systems. * Diagnose and resolve hardware failures. * Install and configure operating systems and applications. * Document incidents and solutions. **Requirements:** * Education: Recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support or professional internships in the field. * Knowledge of: * Hardware * Printer repair * Computer equipment maintenance * Point-of-sale support * Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. * Willingness to travel if required.
