Persuasion and results-oriented approach in direct sales **Position Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of door-to-door sales promoters, ensuring achievement of business targets and guaranteeing accurate brand representation to customers. **Education** * **Minimum:** Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree. **Work Experience** * **Preferred:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in: * Direct sales or door-to-door sales. * Customer service. * Product or service promotion (preferably in telecommunications, insurance, banking, Afore, etc.) * **Required Skills** * Strong communication skills and positive attitude. * Persuasion and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under target-based conditions. * Friendly and professional customer interaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate sales team routes and work zones * Monitor daily performance of each promoter * Ensure achievement of individual and team targets * Recruit, train, and follow up with new promoters * Report daily/weekly progress and results to management * Ensure the team maintains a positive image and delivers quality customer service * Efficiently resolve field incidents * Provide on-site support when required (sales, closings, demonstrations) Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $8,137.02 - $14,491.21 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
