




Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Team Coordinator to supervise commercial advisors at an automotive dealership, identify strategic zones, and support sales closures. Building relationships with potential companies **We are looking for a Field Sales Team Coordinator** to supervise the field advisor team within our Automotive Dealership. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred). * **Minimum 2 years' experience** coordinating field sales teams. * Experience in **field sales or commercial activations**. * Valid driver's license (Mandatory). * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Identify strategic prospecting zones and locations within the city. * Supervise and accompany a team of 4 commercial advisors during prospecting activities. * Conduct timely follow-up on prospects and sales opportunities. * Contact and build relationships with potential companies across the state. * Identify strategic regional events for commercial presence. * Support the sales team in closing sales. **Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $15,000 gross. * **Additional bonuses** based on performance and sales volume (Approx. $5,000 \- $8,000\) * Statutory benefits. Schedule: **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, **Saturdays:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Day off:** Sundays Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
