




**REQUIREMENTS:** Desirable experience as Coordinator in a Promotions Agency, minimum 2 years \-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields; incomplete degree accepted \-Availability to work 80% in the field and 20% in the office **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Management and coordination of personnel at point of sale (POPs) (e.g., demonstrators, promoters, hostesses, beauty consultants, wine ambassadors, etc.) Coordinate and ensure coverage of authorized staffing levels \-Monitoring of personnel activities at point of sale \-Execution and control of client-requested requirements \-Coordination and follow-up on service request processes \-Maintain close communication with the client \-Collect payroll-related incidents \-Preparation of reports, data analysis, etc. \-Development and achievement of KPIs (e.g., route coverage, execution, material placement, sales, tastings, among others) \-Coordinate with the client the implementation of new promotional plans or new business strategies \-Organize work meetings with staff, as well as provide feedback regarding their areas for improvement or development \-Ensure staff attendance at stores \-Support staff training courses \-Supervise that all point-of-sale personnel perform their duties appropriately Type of position: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
