




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic hotel receptionist to manage guest accounts, reservations, room changes, and promote services while maintaining excellent communication and the hotel's image. Promotes sales of other hotel services 3. 80% proficiency in English and OPERA system ***Responsibilities:*** * Check guests in and out of their accounts. * Monitor reservations and guest calls. * Arrange room changes in case of serious defects in the assigned room. * Promptly follow up on requests from the area manager. * Reflects the hotel's image through public interaction. * Distribute calls quickly and efficiently with the firm objective of ensuring excellent communication among all hotel staff. * Must always keep work up to date, ensuring all initiated tasks are fully completed. * Promote sales of other hotel services and identify guests' actual needs. ***Skills and Knowledge:*** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Dynamic. * 80% proficiency in English. * PC operation skills. * OPERA system knowledge. * Hotel industry knowledge.
