




Job Summary: Supervises carpentry projects, coordinates personnel, manages materials, and ensures quality and safety in the workshop. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures quality, safety, and compliance in carpentry projects. **Key Responsibilities and Functions** **Production and Project Control** * Receives architectural/design drawings, specifications, and detailed fabrication plans. * Plans production schedules and task assignments. * Supervises assembly, fabrication, installation, and finishing. * Validates quality at each stage of the process. * Ensures adherence to delivery timelines. **Personnel Supervision** * Coordinates and supervises the carpentry team. * Trains staff on techniques, safety, and machinery operation. * Resolves operational incidents, absences, and task reassignments. * Evaluates performance and promotes best work practices. **Procurement, Materials, and Warehouse** * Requests and plans materials, hardware, laminates, wood, and consumables. * Validates quality of materials delivered by suppliers. * Controls inventory and minimizes waste. * Negotiates delivery timelines and urgent replenishment of supplies. **Machinery, Safety, and Infrastructure** * Supervises preventive and corrective machinery maintenance. * Ensures compliance with workshop safety standards. * Maintains workplace order, cleanliness, and proper organization. **Communication and Coordination** * Coordinates with architects, designers, and site supervisors. * Reports progress, requirements, and production deviations. * Prepares deliveries and logistics for transportation/installation. **Job Requirements** * Minimum experience: 3–7 years in carpentry, including at least 2 years in supervision. **Required Technical Competencies** * Ability to read and interpret drawings and detailed fabrication plans. * Knowledge of furniture manufacturing using various materials and finishes. * Proficiency with machinery: square-cut saw, CNC (if applicable), laminating machine, router, calibrator, etc. * Inventory and procurement management. * Industrial safety standards. * Basic Excel and production control. **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and critical thinking * Clear communication * Problem solving * Decision making under pressure * Strong sense of responsibility and quality Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
