DESCRIPTION ### **Position Objective** Lead the organization's procurement strategy, ensuring efficient and timely supply of key raw materials (aluminum, hardware, and glass) through sustainable savings generation, high-impact negotiations, and development of strategic supplier relationships—directly contributing to business profitability and competitiveness. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Define and implement the **procurement strategy**, aligned with the company’s financial and operational objectives. * Conduct high-level negotiations with domestic and international suppliers, securing **optimal cost, quality, and delivery time conditions**. * Identify opportunities for **cost optimization and savings generation (cost reduction \& cost avoidance)**. * Develop and strengthen a **strategic supplier network**, evaluating performance, risks, and supply continuity. * Lead procurement of **critical raw materials**: aluminum, glass, hardware, as well as consumables and tools for machinery. * Implement procurement performance indicators (KPIs): savings, inventory turnover, on-time delivery, inventory efficiency. * Collaborate with operations, production, and finance departments to ensure demand planning and supply alignment. * Manage and develop direct and indirect teams, fostering a culture of **high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement**. Evaluate market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks to anticipate business impacts. * REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field * Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, Supply Chain, or related) **Experience:** * 7+ years in procurement, including at least 3 years in leadership roles * Proven experience in strategic procurement within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors * Solid experience in sourcing raw materials such as **aluminum, glass, and hardware** * Experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers * Experience procuring tools and equipment for machinery **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Strategic Sourcing * Cost reduction / cost analysis * Supply Chain Management * Supplier management * Performance indicators (procurement KPIs) **Languages:** * Advanced English (negotiation capability) ### **Key Competencies** * Strategic negotiation and decision-making * Business acumen and results orientation * Leadership and organizational influence * Analytical and financial thinking * Effective communication and stakeholder management * Execution capability and focus on operational efficiency
