Main Responsibilities: * Management and development of **telecom crew supplier portfolio** * Quotation, negotiation, and contracting of field services * Tracking brigade availability across various projects * Validation of supplier and technical personnel documentation * Control of service orders, costs, and delivery timelines * Coordination with operations and project teams * Supplier performance evaluation (quality, timeliness, compliance) Requirements: * Experience in **procurement or supply chain within the telecommunications sector** * Active **telecom crew supplier portfolio** (fiber, RAN, installation, etc.) * Experience negotiating costs and timelines with technical service providers * Proficiency in Excel and administrative control * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and results orientation * Communication and negotiation skills Desirable: * Experience in fiber optic, RAN, or network infrastructure projects * Knowledge of documentation required for site or project access.
