Our hemodialysis machines are state-of-the-art, enabling us to combine cutting-edge technology with the expertise of our nephrologists and medical team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * 1 year of experience in patient care * Human qualities, empathy * Interest in the field of hemodialysis * Diploma in hemodialysis or specialization in nephrology (preferred) * Experience operating hemodialysis machines (preferred) **Responsibilities** 1\. Initiate all activities according to sanitation and safety protocols (handwashing, verification of electricity and oxygen). 2\. Prepare dialysate solutions for session initiation. 3\. Verify that the patient roster matches the shift, the assigned machine, and prepare the nursing chart. 4\. Assess the patient’s general condition prior to connection. 5\. Program parameters for dialytic treatment. 6\. Record daily medications and the red cart inventory. 7\. Maintain the nursing clinical file in order. 8\. Assist in catheter placement. 9\. Deliver and archive the informed consent signed by family members. 10\. Process dialyzers. 11\. Complete nursing logbook reports. 12\. Thoroughly clean medical equipment, refrigerators, and machines. 13\.
