Leadership of the audiovisual production team and adherence to standards. **Audiovisual Production Coordinator / University TV** ------------------------------------------------------------ **Position Description** Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of **TV** **UDLAP**, ensuring proper planning, production, and postproduction of institutional audiovisual content, as well as efficient execution of live broadcasts and recording of university events. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Audiovisual Planning and Production** * Coordinate planning, production, and postproduction of institutional audiovisual content. * Supervise recording of academic, cultural, sports, and institutional events. * Track audiovisual projects from planning through final delivery. * Ensure compliance with technical, narrative, and institutional identity standards. **Live Broadcasts** * Plan and coordinate live broadcasts of university events. * Supervise installation and operation of technical equipment. * Monitor audio, video, and signal quality during broadcasts. * Resolve technical issues to ensure broadcast continuity. **Team Coordination** * Supervise and coordinate the audiovisual production team (camera operators, editors, and technicians). * Assign tasks and establish workflows to meet production deadlines. * Guarantee final product quality and promote continuous improvement. **Technical Equipment Management** * Supervise use, maintenance, and safeguarding of audiovisual equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, switchers, and software). * Verify that equipment is in optimal operating condition. * Support planning for technical upgrades and area requirements. ### **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience in audiovisual production**. * **Proficiency in editing and design software**: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar. * **Advanced knowledge of professional camera, audio, and lighting operation**. * Experience in **video production and live broadcasting**. * Skills in **leadership, organization, and coordination of production teams**. * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Production, Marketing or related field. **Degree certificate and professional license mandatory**
