




**Responsibilities:** * **Account Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients. * **Client Understanding:** Identify and anticipate client needs and objectives, proposing strategic solutions aligned with their expectations. * **Strategy Development:** Design customer growth and retention strategies, identifying expansion opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. * **Project Monitoring and Execution:** Coordinate project and service execution across departments, ensuring delivery in accordance with quotations and expected quality standards. Participate in ideation, briefing, and guideline development to facilitate team work. * **Client Request Management:** Receive, analyze, and organize client requests, ensuring collection of necessary information and materials for accurate execution. * **Deliverable Planning and Tracking:** Coordinate delivery timelines with department leads and track deliverables to meet established deadlines. * **Process and Workflow Optimization:** Design and improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and quality in project execution. * **Client Deliverable Delivery:** Supervise correct delivery of projects and services to clients, ensuring clarity and fulfillment of expectations. * **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, audiovisual production, web development, and digital strategy to ensure smooth, client-objective-aligned execution. * **Problem Resolution:** Proactively anticipate and address any issues, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolution for the client. * **Reporting and Tracking:** Prepare performance and progress reports for key accounts, presenting updates and results to senior management. * **Platform Training and Updates:** Learn and stay current on relevant tools and platforms for project management, social media, and internal process optimization. * Actively participate in tendering and new business processes, collaborating on **strategy development**, **presentation draft creation**, and definition of general guidelines for each proposal. * Coordinate and track various departments involved in tenders and prospective projects, ensuring consistency among strategic, creative, and operational proposals. * Lead the **creation of scopes of work**, definition of service boundaries, and **project quotation**, with deep understanding of the brand, its objectives, expectations, and business challenges. * Support the commercial area by maintaining an **agency growth focus**, identifying expansion opportunities with existing clients and new prospects. * Collaborate in developing and updating the agency’s **institutional presentation**, ensuring inclusion of strategic information, value cases, capabilities, and key differentiators for client prospect presentations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Business, or related field. * **Experience:** Previous experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies, coordinating multiple projects and teams. * **Project Management:** Ability to plan, organize, and track projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and deliverable quality. * **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to understand brand and business objectives, translate them into clear strategies, and support development of proposals, scopes of work, and presentations for clients and prospects. * **Communication and Client Management:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, present progress, manage feedback, and align expectations. * **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Ability to work with and coordinate internal teams from diverse areas (strategy, design, content, paid media, web development, audiovisual). * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** High level of order, tracking, and documentation to ensure clarity in processes, tasks, and deliverables. * **Time and Priority Management:** Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet established deadlines. * **Problem Solving:** Proactive approach to identifying risks, anticipating bottlenecks, and proposing efficient solutions. * **Tool Proficiency:** Experience or aptitude to learn project management and collaboration tools (Monday, Google Workspace, communication and tracking platforms). * **Adaptability and Continuous Learning:** Openness to adapt to different clients, industries, and work rhythms, with interest in learning new methodologies, platforms, and processes.
