This Position reports to: Production Manager **Your Role: Own the Challenge** In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in alignment with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, cost, and safety. Every day, you will ensure the use of appropriate production methods, cycle times, equipment performance, and materials/components to support production targets. You will also demonstrate your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of new production processes to achieve targeted product costs and equipment investment budgets. The work model for the role is: On site Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. This role is contributing to the Electrifications Smart Buildings factory in Ramos Arizpe. **Key Responsibilities**: * Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implementing improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost requirements. * Approving process designs developed internally or externally and performing final project\-related tests. * Supporting Production during internal/external process and equipment start\-up, defining action plans, and training relevant maintenance and production teams. * Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, including defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and supplier selection.. **Qualifications****:** * You are highly skilled in and enjoy working with relevant tools, methodologies, and the applicable industry/sector. * 2\+ years of experience in electrical products and assembly processes. * SAP knowledge. * Experience implementing engineering changes. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency. * Experience with AutoCAD (preferred). * Experience with Lean tools (a plus). * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering completed. **We also offer our employees the following benefits:** * Performance Bonus * Saving fund * Paid parental leave * Life insurance * Retirement plan * Health and dental insurance * Wellbeing program * Flex days * Employee Assistance Program (PAE) * Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF) We value people from different backgrounds.
