Finance Controller is responsible for monthly management accounts closing and financial analysis to support operational management. Oversee cash flow, inventory, capex management, assist in group consolidation, prepare variance and analytical reports for budgetary control and assist in other ad hoc projects are required. **Responsibilities** * Management account analysis including AR ageing, Inventory ageing, Open PO, GRPO, AP ageing, Fixed Assets control, Cost control * Annual Customer Credit Review * Products costing – standard cost review \& customer Gross Profit % * Capex review, control \& approval * Manage Audit report, tax filing \& statutory report (e.g. Transfer pricing, local reports filing including statistic information to government agency) * Risk \& Exposure – contract management, local rule * Banking approval as assigned by Executive Management Team (ELT) * Site Finance Head will work with GSS to solve out major issue on AR/AP \& standard reporting and link with Site Management Team. * Elaborate monthly financial reports * Assist management with important financial decisions * Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of business **Requirements:** * Bilingual English/Spanish. * Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related * \+7 Years of experience as Accounting or Finance Manager or Controller. * Experience in Mexico Fiscal regulations and government rules. * Electronic or Automotive industries experience.
