Position: Last-Mile Subcoordinator in Acapulco, Guerrero Job Mission: The mission of this role is to guarantee on-time and accurate product delivery to customers via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, and achievement of established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: \- Ensure achievement of home delivery service channel objectives. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure availability and optimal performance of physical and technological tools used by the channel. \- Manage staffing in accordance with demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field (in progress, candidate, or graduate) \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel. Experience in retail or distribution centers is desirable. \- Personnel management experience, particularly for operational staff and customer service. \- Knowledge of systems and processes for delivery monitoring. \- Willingness to travel within the state of Guerrero \- Ability to operate a motorcycle and standard vehicle Interested candidates are kindly requested to apply promptly through this channel with an updated CV.
