Payroll advisory and guidance We are looking for an experienced **accountant** to join our team. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of labor law. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Analytical and numerical skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll calculations. * Knowledge of statutory benefits, social security, supplementary salary payment schemes, and customer service. * Provide payroll guidance and advisory services. * Calculate employee salaries in Excel. * Ensure compliance with IMSS regulations. **We Offer:** * Net base salary. * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunity.
