Opportunity for growth Job Objective: Support the accurate preparation, calculation, and control of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with legal provisions and the company’s internal policies. Main Responsibilities: * Recording and updating attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, etc.). * Assisting in payroll calculation (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Reviewing earnings and deductions (income tax, IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). * Preparing and issuing payroll receipts. * Managing and archiving payroll-related documentation. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. * Supporting IMSS-related transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments). * Preparing administrative reports related to payroll. * Assisting in internal or external audits of the payroll department. Requirements: * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of payroll calculation, income tax, and IMSS. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI) is preferred.
