Job Summary: Production equipment operator responsible for fundamental tasks, mini-loader operation, cleaning, and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Learning operational procedures and continuous improvement Operate equipment (control panels, mobile equipment such as mini-loaders) and technological tools in the assigned area of the production facility, learning and applying a basic understanding of policies and procedures to perform fundamental and clearly defined processes. Perform a variety of responsibilities in the identified area, which may include bulk material loading and unloading, packaging, cleaning of areas and equipment, entry into confined spaces, and performing infrequent basic machine adjustments. Learn operational procedures, receive information from colleagues, and provide feedback regarding the clarity and effectiveness of training—including documentation of procedures. Operate mobile equipment (e.g., mini-loader). Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and manage the pace of work and progress of assigned teams or processes—requiring knowledge of interconnections with other process areas. Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely—with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in diverse environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present—using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Completed secondary education or higher. Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty.
