Responsibilities: * Preparation and monitoring of work plans * Reading and interpretation of building blueprints * Daily review of operations and facility performance * Coordination of roles, shifts, and incident reporting for staff * Control and supervision of supplies and materials * Inspection and operation of the treatment plant * Activity reporting and direct collaboration with the property administrator. Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.
