Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure optimal operation of the technology infrastructure across business operations by delivering technical support to plaza stores and offices, in accordance with established policies, supervisory guidelines, and protocols. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for technology infrastructure; perform corrective maintenance as required. \- Install, configure, and update software and/or applications necessary for the operation of plaza stores and offices. \- Maintain accurate inventory control of computing equipment, software licenses, and technology services. \- Manage requests for new equipment and oversee warranties, repairs, insurance claims, asset replacement, and disposal. \- Supervise and advise users on the proper use of applications and technological tools. \- Promptly address all incidents related to the information technology area.
