Two years of experience in: Preparing beverages such as lattes or cappuccinos, filter coffee, teas, frappés, herbal infusions, and seasonal drinks. Mastering grinding, tamping, and time control to achieve perfect extraction. Creating decorative designs on the beverage surface. Providing customer service, taking orders, operating the cash register, processing payments, and delivering orders. Guiding customers on different coffee bean origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Purging and cleaning espresso machine group heads, cleaning steam wands, and constantly washing pitchers. Performing basic maintenance, calibrating coffee grinders according to humidity or bean type, and keeping the bar clean. Conducting cash counts and reconciliations at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintaining up-to-date and controlled inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.
