The information you generate regarding measurements, structure, and floor plans will help the Pricing team determine the final offer value and purchase feasibility.** ***Responsibilities*** * Conduct **4 daily visits** to properties within the **Valley of Mexico**, primarily in the areas of **Cuautitlán, Tlalnepantla, Tultitlán, Coacalco, Tultepec, Nicolás Romero, and Zumpango.** * **Take photos and videos** of the property during the visit. * Prepare a **basic renovation budget.** * **Create floor plans** based on measurements from each visit. * Upload daily information into the system to generate offers for clients. ***Requirements*** * Graduates in **Architecture** (preferably) or Architectural Design. * Desired experience in **construction, renovations, property measurements, real estate visits, or customer service.** * **Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment.** * **Curiosity and eagerness to learn.** ***Schedule*** * Tuesday to Sunday, from **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * **Day off on Mondays** ***We Offer*** * **Statutory benefits** * **Grocery vouchers** * **Monthly transportation allowance:** $1,300 to $2,000 (depending on residence location) * **Quarterly productivity bonuses:** up to $7,000 * **Smartphone with data and Bluetooth laser distance measurer** * **Dynamic and collaborative work environment** Type of position: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site position
