Supporting sales closures and prospect follow-up **Helen Recruitment is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Puebla, Puebla** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **An automotive dealership is seeking a strategic sales leader** to coordinate field prospecting activities for a team of four automotive advisors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred). * **Minimum 2 years of experience** coordinating field sales teams (mandatory) * Experience in **field sales or commercial activations**. * Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Leadership, organization, and strategic planning. * Proficiency with CRM and digital tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify strategic prospecting zones and locations within the city. * Supervise and accompany a team of 4 sales advisors during prospecting activities. * Conduct timely follow-up on prospects and sales opportunities. * Contact and establish relationships with companies in the state having commercial potential. * Identify regional strategic events for brand presence. * Support the sales team in closing deals. **Compensation Package:** * **Monthly salary:** $15,000 gross. * **Additional bonuses** based on performance and sales volume (Approx. $5,000\-$8,000\) * Statutory benefits from date of hire.
