Experience: Operational and field recruitment (experience in the private security sector is preferred). **Skills:** Proficiency in Office software, job portals, and psychometric tests. Willingness to travel occasionally. **Your key responsibilities:** Mass recruitment of security guards. Incident tracking and personnel file management. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative reporting. **What we offer:** Salary: $12,000 MXN per month. Productivity bonus starting from the 3rd month. Statutory benefits from day one. Travel allowances covered. Stability and an excellent working environment. Working hours: Mon–Fri (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) and Saturdays (8 a.m.–1 p.m.).
