In this role, you will be the first face our customers see upon entering the dealership and will provide them with an exceptional experience from the very first moment. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary or high school education * Experience and passion for customer service (minimum 1 year) * Organized, proactive, and with a sense of urgency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) **Key Responsibilities:** * Greeting and warmly attending to customers * Supervising cleanliness and order in the reception area * Assigning customers to sales advisors * Providing support in administrative tasks * Managing customer service department files * Registering customer arrivals and collecting contact information * Maintaining and organizing the sales showroom * Preparing reports on issues occurring in the sales showroom * Providing information to customers and directing them to appropriate staff * Receiving customers, reports, orders, managing amenities, and registering data in the database. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $9,451 monthly net * Statutory benefits from day one * Opportunities for growth * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM–8:00 PM, including 2-hour lunch break), Saturdays (8:30 AM–4:00 PM\) * Weekend rest day (Saturday or Sunday, rotating) **Are You the One We’re Looking For?** *If you have customer service experience, a service-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow professionally, don’t hesitate to apply!* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,451\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
