Your Mission Support the generation of new business opportunities, follow up with customers, and contribute to the company's commercial growth. What We Are Looking For: • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Valid driver’s license (standard vehicle operation). • Interest in data analysis and decision-making. • Service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for customer interaction. • Interest in developing a career in commercial and sales functions. • Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous learning. • Proactivity and willingness to take on challenges. • Creativity to propose ideas and solutions. Technical Skills • Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. Key Responsibilities • Support customer prospecting and follow-up. • Conduct accompanied visits, progressing to independent visits. • Prepare quotations and follow up on orders. • Support the organization of commercial events. • Participate in the execution of sales strategies. • Provide customer service and follow-up. • Measure customer satisfaction and propose improvements. • Provide administrative support for commercial activities. • Work split 50% in the field and 50% in the office.
