




Position Summary: Project and training coordinator responsible for logistics, payment administration, and academic quality evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive logistics coordination for training courses and programs 2. Management of consultant relationships and payment processes 3. Responsibility for academic quality evaluation Responsibilities and/or Activities: **1\) General Course Logistics:** Prepare printed or digital materials required by the facilitator, including participant materials and instructional materials, as well as course presentations (with support from the designer). Receive surplus materials from each course to integrate them into inventory. Maintain control over existing participant and instructional materials to ensure proper usage and timely supply. Keep materials inventory organized and properly cataloged. Generate purchase requests for participant and instructional materials. Generate digital certificates and send them for each course. Print DC3 attendance certificates for each delivered course. Maintain the master calendar of courses and programs. Identify and recruit new consultants and facilitators. Supervise and support course sessions (in-person or remote). **2\) Consultant Payment Control:** Receipt of invoices, validation of services rendered and amounts billed. Recording of each course’s purchase order (PO) number to request that the consultant include it in their invoice or receipt. Submission of invoices to the administrative department for payment scheduling. Review of the accounts payable ledger to verify that payments have been made. **3\) Academic Quality Evaluation:** Administration of academic quality evaluations. Preparation of evaluation reports. Submission of evaluation reports to consultants and clients.
