Key Responsibilities: 1. Viscosity, density, pH, and drying time evaluation. 2. Adhesion, gloss, coverage, and resistance testing. 3. Colorimetric control and tone adjustment. Job Objective: Guarantee that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products meet quality specifications, technical standards, and customer requirements, ensuring consistency, performance, and safety of the paints and coatings manufactured by the company. Specific Technical Activities in Paints * Viscosity, density, pH, solids content, and drying time evaluation. * Adhesion, gloss, coverage, and resistance testing. * Colorimetric control and tone adjustment. * Product stability and shelf-life validation. * Review of packaging and labeling specification compliance. * Verification of compatibility among resins, pigments, and solvents. Job Profile * Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related field. Experience * 2 to 5 years in quality control or assurance within the chemical, paint, coating, or manufacturing industry.
