It is an ideal position for individuals with a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and motivation to grow professionally within the technology ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in end\-to\-end projects: review and refine requirements, implement solutions, conduct testing, deploy into production, and transfer knowledge to customers. * Support development of technical implementation plans, Statements of Work (SOW) for installation services, and configuration designs for assigned product lines. * Provide specialized technical support to customers, primarily for DNS and load balancer solutions in Data Center environments. * Manage technical follow-up across multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating working sessions and maintenance windows with customers and channel partners. * Document project progress, configurations, and technical deliverables; estimate effort, define scope, and prepare Bill of Materials (BoM) when required. * Track technical activities, validate solutions, resolve issues, and manage escalations during complex projects. * Conduct technical demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and training sessions for customers and partners. * Actively participate in technical trainings, labs, and knowledge-transfer activities to achieve certifications aligned with product lines and business objectives. * Identify additional service or solution opportunities within ongoing projects. * Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with ethical, organizational, and confidentiality standards in all activities. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience:** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in post\-sales implementation, professional services, or technical support in Networking, infrastructure, or Data Center environments. * Desired experience with DNS technologies, including vendors such as F5, Infoblox, Cloudflare, or A10\. * Prior experience in support centers, NOC or SOC is highly valued. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Skill in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and demanding deadlines. * Availability to work under pressure on critical or large-scale projects. * Commitment to continuous learning and rapid adoption of new technologies. * Technical certifications in DNS, networking, or load balancing are desirable but not mandatory. **Working Conditions:** * Professional environment operating under a Hybrid model. * Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours—including nights and weekends—to accommodate maintenance windows. * Occasional travel, primarily to Querétaro, Monterrey, or Guadalajara. * Continuous training and development, with opportunities to obtain certifications across multiple brands.
