We are looking for a responsible, proactive Supervisor Technician with experience in the installation and supervision of security systems (alarms, cameras, cabling, and infrastructure). They will serve as the liaison between auxiliary technicians and technical management. Their focus will be practical and operational—leading installations from scratch, resolving on-site issues, and providing high-quality technical support to customers. **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure camera and alarm systems from scratch. * Coordinate field technical teams and supervise work. * Provide mid-to-advanced technical support. * Ensure installations meet quality standards. * Maintain effective communication with customers during service delivery. * Report incidents and progress to technical management. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical installations, security cameras, or alarm systems. * Ability to read basic blueprints and interpret technical diagrams. * Proficiency with electrical and technological tools. * Leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Willingness to travel. **We offer:** * Competitive salary + travel allowances * Ongoing training Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Transportation assistance or service * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On the road
