Schedule: * **Rotating 6x2 schedule (6 working days followed by 2 days off)** * Rotating shifts: * 7:00 am to 3:00 pm * 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm * 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Job Objective: Coordinate and optimize productive area resources during the shift, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and hygiene indicators. Responsibilities: * Administration and coordination of personnel, materials, and production processes * Supervision of production area operations (machines and processes) * Monitoring of critical variables and operating conditions * Resolution of technical issues during production * Coordination of machinery startup and line changeovers * Participation in process trials and continuous improvement initiatives * Implementation of innovation projects * Collaboration with technical departments to resolve major failures Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (**degree certificate and professional license mandatory**) * Minimum **2 years of production supervision experience** * Experience managing unionized personnel * Knowledge of standards: **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000** * Intermediate\-advanced English level (**B2\**) * **Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory)** We Offer: * **Salary: $32,000 gross per month** * Statutory benefits and **superior benefits** * Job stability and professional development * Structured industrial environment Salary: Starting from $32,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
