Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks at facilities, reporting any detected anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs general painting, electrical, gardening, and plumbing work. 2. Keeps facilities clean, including sweeping. 3. Reports any detected anomalies promptly. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm \- Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary: $9,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
