




Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, improve, and implement processes; coordinate validations; and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Process analysis and continuous improvement to increase productivity. 2. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. 3. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and project management. **CORE FUNCTIONS** **Activities:** Analyze and improve existing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. * Develop process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, standard operating sheets, and control plans. * Coordinate process validation activities (Run@Rate, PPAP, etc.). * Implement continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (quality, production, maintenance, design) to resolve technical issues. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, quality, and cost. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * Train operational staff on new processes and standards. **QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field. * 2\-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry. **Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge** Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Effective communication * Teamwork * Project management * Advanced proficiency in Office 365\. * SolidWorks, AutoCAD. * Empathy and strong communication skills with operational and administrative departments. **Travel.** * Occasional. **COMPETENCIES** * Assertive communication. * Working under pressure. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement (Kaizen). * FMEA and Control Plan * Spoken and written English * Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (PDCA).
