Position Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer or related professional with experience in construction project coordination to supervise field crews and manage resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telecommunications construction project coordination 2. Field technical personnel supervision and management 3. Resource administration and progress report preparation A telecommunications (construction) company is seeking qualified personnel to fulfill the following profile: * Education: Graduated Telecommunications Engineer, Information Technologies, or related field. * Experience coordinating construction projects, telephone line installations, and optical fiber deployments. * Must reside in Acapulco (verifiable; no out-of-town candidates). **Knowledge Requirements:** * Installation of fixed-line telephony and internet services. * Handling and laying of optical fiber cables. * Optical fiber splicing. * Handling and laying of copper cables. * Work at heights. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of field work crews * Administration of material resources, tools, and consumables used by installation technicians. * Preparation of technical reports, progress reports, project control documentation, and assigned resource tracking. * Organization and direction of supervised personnel, including assignment of work objectives and targets. * Performance indicator measurement for supervised personnel. **We Offer:** Salary: $20,500 gross monthly \+ superior benefits Food vouchers: Approx. $1,300 monthly Savings fund: 10% Guaranteed annual bonus 49-day year-end bonus IMSS coverage from day one Life insurance Eyeglass assistance Etc. * If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send us your CV.
