Job stability and professional growth **Vacancy: WORKSHOP MANAGER.** We are looking for a workshop manager. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate workshop staff; assign and track work orders and delivery timelines; ensure quality of repairs and maintenance; support complex technical diagnostics; control the use of tools, equipment, and spare parts; monitor productivity and compliance with safety standards; coordinate with spare parts and customer service departments; and prepare corresponding reports. **Requirements:** Minimum education: technical degree or engineering degree in mechanics, automotive engineering, or related field; experience in mechanical workshops and proven track record as Workshop Manager or in a similar role; solid knowledge of automotive mechanics (gasoline and/or diesel); personnel management and leadership skills; proficiency in workshop processes and quality control; and basic computer and work order system skills. **We Offer:*****Base salary \+ commissions*** , statutory benefits, job stability, professional growth, and an excellent working environment.
