Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for an on-site role to manage portfolio recovery, conduct visits, and advise members on payment alternatives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage portfolio recovery with members and debtors. 2. Provide guidance on payment alternatives and agreements. 3. Implement recovery strategies for the assigned portfolio. **Opportunity at Caja Popular Mexicana:** We are seeking an individual for an **on-site** role who will contribute to the success of our institution. **Responsibilities:** * 1\. Conduct home visits and support telephone outreach to members, co-signers, and joint obligors to manage overdue payments with the Institution, in accordance with applicable policies for the assigned portfolio. * atrasado con la Institución, conforme a las políticas aplicables de la cartera asignada. * 2\. Generate and deliver notices to members, joint obligors, and/or co-signers, inviting them to settle their loan’s overdue payments. * 3\. Advise members, joint obligors, and/or co-signers on payment alternatives and agreements as options to settle their loan’s overdue payments. * 4\. Follow up on commitments and payment agreements reached with members, joint obligors, and/or co-signers. * 5\. Request support from their immediate supervisor in case of problematic situations during resource recovery. * 6\. Implement strategies, campaigns, and recovery plans for the assigned portfolio. * 7\. Record the results of each collection activity in the Institutional mobile management system, or alternatively, submit a manual report to their immediate supervisor at the end of their workday. * 8\. Verify expenses incurred for collection-related activities. **Requirements:** * Experience in portfolio recovery * Familiarity with the city of Tehuacán and its surrounding areas * Proficiency in operating motorcycles and automobiles * Valid motorcycle and automobile driver’s licenses * Completed high school education **Benefits:** Life insurance, IMSS, grocery vouchers, savings fund, year-end bonus, vacation uniforms, recovery bonus, attendance and punctuality award.
