




Position Summary: An Administrative Supervisor will manage and monitor administrative and operational service activities, ensuring follow-up on commitments with customers and compliance with quality standards. Supports the implementation of new corporate projects. **Position Title**: Administrative Supervisor **Position Objective**: To manage and monitor the administrative and operational activities of the services offered by Brains Global Health Tech S.A.P.I. de C.V. to its customers, and to track commitments agreed upon with those customers; as well as to perform assigned duties professionally, efficiently, and with quality, in accordance with Brains’ quality management system standards. **Required Education**: High School Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree **Required Profession**: Business Administration / Hospital Unit Administration / Industrial Engineering **Experience**: 1 year or more **Areas of Experience**: Administration / Customer Service / Correspondence / Organization / Commercial **Required Skills**: Communication / Analysis / Conflict Resolution / Teamwork **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday **Working Hours: 9 am \- 6 pm** **Willingness to Travel**: Yes **Relocation Required**: Desirable **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of administrative tasks performed by Service Engineers at assigned Medical Units. * Assist the Administrative and Engineering Coordination team in managing customer and supplier requests, inquiries, and reports. * Track the reconciliation process for study lists conducted at assigned Medical Units. * Track the billing process based on reconciliation results of study lists at assigned Medical Units. * Handle administrative matters with Senior Management of assigned Medical Units. * Prepare detailed status reports on operational and administrative activities at assigned Medical Units (maintenance, training, incidents, billing, etc.). * Manage the delivery of supplies, spare parts, and/or accessories to assigned Medical Units. * Review, send, and receive documentation generated by Service Engineers and/or Medical Units under supervision. * Report pending issues or topics related to assigned Medical Units to the Administrative and Engineering Coordination team. * Prepare and complete timely documentation and supporting records generated during the performance * of duties and/or upon request by immediate supervisor or higher authority. * Support the implementation of new company projects. * Attend the worksite and/or healthcare facility in the city where Brains maintains a commercial relationship with the client, to carry out relevant administrative tasks. * Apply all knowledge and best practices within the scope of professional expertise. * Support inventory processes at the warehouse for identification of medical equipment, IT equipment, tools, components, accessories, and spare parts. * Use financial resources assigned by Brains responsibly, submitting travel allowance requests and supporting documents—including invoices and receipts—as well as returning any surplus funds to the company. * Inform the immediate supervisor of any incident, failure, or problem arising during job performance. * Perform other duties related to the above, as required and necessary, per BRAINS’ instructions. *At Brains Global Health Tech, we are committed to labor equality and non-discrimination, in accordance with ***NOM\-025\-STPS\-2015****.
