E-commerce and Marketing Manager

Job Objective: Drive brand growth and sales through content creation and digital marketing for e-commerce execution, establishing strategies to connect buyers with our online sales in a secure and straightforward manner. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design and Advertising, or related field. (Intern or graduate). Responsibilities: Develop advertising tools for promoting our products online, increase sales, provide customer service, manage and administer invoicing, generate sales reports, manage customer accounts, and participate in event development. Administer social media platforms and the company website, create advertising content, post content, conduct market research, monitor trends, and respond to messages on social media. Manage and update inventory to control product availability for online sales and track all matters related to sales. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales; experience with Mercado Libre preferred. Graphic design skills, social media management, digital marketing, and customer service experience. Excellent personal presentation and time availability, including mobility to attend events. Competencies: Results-oriented, organizational skills, discipline, assertive communication, creativity, productivity, initiative. Knowledge: Mercado Libre, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, invoicing, and social media. Position Characteristics: On-site work at the office and attendance at events; schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hours (at the office), or Wednesday to Sunday during events, with variable hours. Salary: $12,500 monthly + sales/results bonuses.
