You will be responsible for supervising and developing the sales team, managing commercial routes, and ensuring target achievement. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and lead a sales team, providing guidance and support \- Set sales targets and objectives for the team and ensure their achievement \- Analyze sales results and make informed decisions to improve team performance. \- Manage customer relationships and ensure their needs and expectations are met **Objectives:** Improve the efficiency and productivity of the sales team.
