Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise all activities of a food and beverage outlet, ensuring flawless service, high standards, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Positive leadership and team development **GENERAL POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate all activities of the food and beverage outlet to maximize revenue, deliver consistent and flawless service, and oversee staff procedures and standards. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain thorough knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards. * Ensure standards are consistently maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. * Maintain thorough knowledge of daily menu specialties and items that are out (86\). * POS and system manual procedures. * Conduct daily briefings with associates regarding arrivals/departures, VIPs, allergies, and other important notes. * Proper maintenance and use of equipment. * All department/service policies and brand standards. * Maintain thorough knowledge of and strictly adhere to state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated individuals, and drunk driving. * Maintain par stock levels for supplies and equipment. Submit complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items required for anticipated business volume. **REQUIREMENTS** Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising Food & Beverage operations in Luxury Hospitality. · Knowledge of Food & Beverage, including mixology, service sequence, and wines and spirits. · Education: Minimum completed high school diploma. · Conversational English. General Skills: · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Availability to work rotating shifts. Must be able to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays. · Sales orientation. · Attention to detail. · Dynamic · Teamwork. · Positive leadership · Effective communication.
