PAYROLL LOAN MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders who are results-driven and have proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert objectives into results. Responsibilities * Lead and execute payroll loan placements in the assigned area. * Lead, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, loan closing, and placement growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. Requirements * Mandatory experience in payroll loans and/or direct debit loans. * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of field sales teams. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
