Customer satisfaction focus and sales growth. **A leading company in the commercial sector** We are currently seeking a **Branch Manager** with solid experience in operational management, team leadership, and commercial development, responsible for ensuring proper branch operations and achievement of sales and profitability targets. **Position Objective** To lead and coordinate branch operations, supervise staff, and efficiently manage available resources to guarantee quality service, drive sales, and maintain business profitability. **Required Profile and Knowledge** We seek a professional with experience in **comprehensive branch administration**, possessing knowledge in: * Administration and leadership of work teams * Development and implementation of commercial strategies * Inventory and warehouse control and management * General branch operations (cash handling, valuables, inventory, and goods receipt) * Administrative management and expense control * Customer portfolio management, credit, and collections * Handling of valuables and bank accounts * Compliance with audits and internal control processes **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate branch staff, fostering a work environment oriented toward achieving objectives. * Plan, direct, and control the branch’s operational, administrative, accounting, and commercial activities. * Implement strategies to drive sales growth and acquisition of new customers. * Supervise inventory control and proper warehouse management. * Monitor customer portfolio as well as credit and collection processes. * Administer the handling of valuables and bank accounts assigned to the branch. * Verify compliance with sales and operational expense budgets. * Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. * Supervise that physical resources and facilities remain in optimal condition for operations. * Support recruitment and selection processes for branch staff. * Promote implementation of the team’s training plan. * Follow up on procedures and formalities required by government authorities or agencies. * Evaluate team performance and periodically report branch results to senior management. * Design initiatives aimed at customer retention and shrinkage reduction. * Provide support in training new branch managers when required. **We Offer** * Attractive commission structure (uncapped) * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $19,000.00 \- $21,400.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
