Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for hotels to supervise staff, machinery, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for machinery and equipment installed throughout the hotel 2. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations 3. Supervises internal and external work to maintain standards Qualifications: Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field **Minimum required experience: 2 years as a Maintenance Manager in 3- and 4-star hotels.** English: Desired Primary Responsibility: Supervising staff to prevent accidents; teamwork; machinery, tools, and equipment used in daily tasks; office furnishings; and hotel property in general. Fire extinguishers are used when necessary. Main Duties: * Responsible for all machinery and equipment installed in the hotel, including all building areas without exception. * Ensures compliance with applicable workplace regulations. * Coordinates with various departments to identify requirements and necessary work to support optimal job performance. * Accompanies and supervises work performed by external personnel to ensure adherence to the hotel's required standards. * Ensures staff have appropriate tools to perform their duties efficiently and safely.
