Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in the hotel industry to supervise personnel and machinery, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of personnel and machinery in hotels 2. Ensuring compliance with regulations 3. Teamwork and efficiency Profile: Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field **Minimum required experience: 2 years as Maintenance Manager in 3- and 4-star hotels.** English: Desired Primary Responsibility: Supervising personnel to prevent accidents; promoting teamwork; managing machinery, tools, and equipment used on the job; maintaining office furnishings and all hotel property in general. Fire extinguishers are used when necessary. Main Functions: * Responsible for all machinery and equipment installed in the hotel, and all building areas without exception. * Ensure compliance with applicable workplace regulations. * Coordinate with various departments to identify requirements and tasks needed to optimize operational performance. * Accompany and supervise work performed by external personnel to ensure adherence to the hotel’s required standards. * Ensure staff have appropriate tools to perform their duties efficiently and safely.
