Job Summary: BIM model coordination and management, interference detection, 4D simulation, and support for quantities and technical presentations. Key Highlights: 1. BIM Model Integration and Coordination 2. Interference Detection and Analysis (Clash Detection) 3. 4D Simulation and Support for Quantities Responsibilities: * Integration and coordination of BIM models (architecture, structure, and MEP). * Interference detection and analysis (clash detection). * Generation of conflict reports and tracking of corrective actions. * 4D simulation (linking with construction schedule). * Support for quantity take-offs and volume review. * Preparation of virtual walkthroughs and technical presentations. * Coordination with designers and construction team.
