**UVM Coacalco** is seeking a **Coordinator for Language Programs.** Your experience in the industrial sector combined with educational management skills will be key to advancing our degree programs and maintaining high academic standards. Objective: Implement strategies that meet the academic and administrative needs of undergraduate students in Engineering programs, supporting the achievement of established professional profiles and successful completion of academic programs. **\*\*TEMPORARY position with potential for permanent status\*\*** Profile 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Foreign Languages, Translation or Interpretation, English Teaching \+ Master's degree. TITLES AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES REQUIRED. 2\. Current English language certification. 3\. REQUIRED minimum of 3 years of verifiable teaching experience at the HIGHER EDUCATION level, supported by employment verification. 4\. REQUIRED minimum of 3 years of verifiable industrial experience, supported by employment verification. 5\. Academic management experience is desirable. Responsibilities: 1\. Provide academic support and follow-up to students from enrollment through graduation. 2\. Participate in student orientation and propaedeutic courses. 3\. Administer standardized national evaluations for their academic programs. 4\. Monitor the annual scheduling model to ensure proper workload distribution, appropriate course compacting, and correct hour allocation according to the study plan. 5\. Establish connections with institutions and/or industries for Language programs (faculty, internships, agreements, academic events, updates). 6\. Ensure faculty selection matches the required profile for assigned programs in coordination with the Educational Development department, actively participating in faculty evaluations to maintain academic quality. 7\.
