Reports to: General Management. **Job description.** The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and optimizing supermarket commercial operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and quality of customer service. Their primary function is to ensure all stores comply with operational, sales, and presentation standards, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This role combines operational leadership, commercial vision, and analytical capability, playing a key role in decision-making that directly impacts customer experience and branch profitability. **Required education.** ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ✓ A Master’s degree is a plus. **Required experience.** ✓ Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the retail, self-service, or mass-consumption sector. ✓ Proven experience in store or business unit management, budget management, inventory control, commercial strategies, and leadership of multi-category teams. ✓ Prior experience in store expansion or opening is desirable.
