AREA: LEGAL POLICIES IN REAL ESTATE LEASING JOB PROFILE: * Graduate of a Law degree or currently in the final semesters (degree not required). * Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service (desirable) * Age 23 to 35 years * Gender indifferent * Organized, neat, good presentation. * Good spelling and writing skills. * Proficient in office software and email * Ability to analyze and solve problems * Strong communication skills (ability to express ideas clearly and assertively) * Enjoy direct interaction with clients REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of leasing regulations (Legislation of the State of Mexico and CDMX) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting contracts * Management of physical and virtual files; document handling; calendar management. * Collect signatures in the areas of State of Mexico and CDMX. * Accompany clients throughout the entire leasing period. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ WE OFFER: Salary + transportation expenses Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
