Problem resolution using specific methodologies **Date:** Mar 18, 2026 **Location:**Puebla, PUE, MX **Job Type:**Full-time **Company:** Antolin Mexico S.A de C.V (ATI) Product Engineer **Product Engineer** Mission: Manage product technical information and implement engineering changes to products manufactured by the company by analyzing customer-provided information to develop a strategy ensuring effective, on-time, in-full implementation without additional costs. Responsibilities: * Analyze product information to provide it to the cross-functional team * Manage engineering changes to the product • Manage technical information (Drawings [GD&Ts], CAD files for products and molds, specifications, and standards) • Direct contact with the customer * Root cause analysis * Define rework requirements and specifications * Perform special tests requested by corporate and/or customers * Timely and accurate tracking of CNs (KPI) * Problem resolution via SP-Post-it Red Table methodology * LPA audits * Product audits (continuous improvement) Required Knowledge: * Manufacturing processes * Core Tools (PPAP/FMEA-DF/APQP/SPC) * Molds and tooling * Materials (Raw Materials) * Change management process * Information management Language: Conversational English Travel availability.
